Yep no problem.

Currently live on the south coast of England and I'm 19 years old.
What are your current professions and at what skill level are they? Why did you pick them? :
450 alchemy - superb for raiding.
411 tailoring - Currently levelling it to get the cloak enchant.
My alt has - 450 herb 450 enchanting.
What is your previous raiding experience? ( Be 100% honest! ):
AQ20, AQ40, ZG, MC (pre bc)
Karazhan(lol), Gruul, Magtheridon, ZA SSC, TK, BT, SWP 5/6
What raiding guilds have you been part of, and why did you leave them? :
Raided with Abyss on this server didn't get along with the officers and the GM there and thought it was time I looked for a new guild.
Will you be able to attend all of our raids (Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Possible Friday's 19:30 - 0:00, and Sunday 19:30 - 0:00 server time)? If not, which can you specifically not attend and why?:
Should be able to raid every one of those days.
Do you know how to use Ventrilo, and are you able to? :#

Have you lead raids before? If so, to where and how often? :
Lead a few gruul and mag pugs and also a couple times in BT when our raid leader was not about.
Do you know anyone in Requiem who could give you a character reference? :
Not anyone in particular but I've seen a lot of you peepz about the server.
When did you first start to play the game, and have you kept playing since then?:
A couple years ago, got bored of playing FPS games constantly so tried this and never looked back.
What other mmo's have you played? : None =(

80 resto druid - Was the char I raided all of TBC with.
